My Story

I didn't arrive here in a straight line.

For years, I poured myself into building a wellness brand and community that grew far bigger than I ever expected — a podcast, a following, a business that taught me everything about leadership, about showing up for people, about what it costs to build something real. I'm grateful for every bit of it.

But somewhere along the way, I started asking different questions. Questions that wellness culture couldn't answer. Questions that only made sense in light of who God is and who I am in Him.

So I started over — not because the past was wasted, but because I wanted to build something on a different foundation this time.

Wellness in Christ isn't a rebrand. It's a return.

This is a space for women who are tired of performing peace and want to actually live in it. Women learning to steward their time, their bodies, their money, and their homes the way Scripture actually calls us to — not as a list of rules, but as an act of trust.

I'm not on the other side of this, teaching down to you. I'm in it with you, one S.O.A.P. entry at a time.
